Agreement to Terms

Sheet to Trello is an automation platform that enables users to:

• Read milestone data from Google Sheets (read-only access)
• Automatically create Trello cards based on milestone information
• Manage workflow configurations and automation settings

The Service acts as an intermediary between Google Sheets and Trello, facilitating data transfer for workflow automation purposes.

User Accounts and Eligibility

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You have the authority to grant the permissions required for the Service to access your Google Sheets and Trello accounts

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Third-Party Services and Permissions

Our Service integrates with third-party services:

Google Services

• You grant us read-only access to your Google Sheets and Google Drive
• We use Google OAuth for authentication and API access
• Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's Terms of Service
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings

Trello Services

• You provide Trello API credentials (API Key and Token) for card creation
• We use these credentials solely to create Trello cards on your behalf
• Your use of Trello is subject to Trello's Terms of Service
• You are responsible for managing your Trello API credentials securely

By using our Service, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

Data and Privacy

• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sheet to Trello and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At our sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Service or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
