- We temporarily read data from your Google Sheets to extract milestone information (Title, Description, Due Date, Labels, Members, etc.)
- This data is used solely to create corresponding Trello cards
- We do not permanently store the content of your Google Sheets
- We only store the Google Sheet ID reference in your workflow configuration so you can re-run workflows on the same sheet
3. Trello API Credentials
- Your Trello API Key and Token are stored securely in our database
- All Trello credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage
- These credentials are used only to create Trello cards on your behalf
4. Workflow Configuration Data
- Workflow settings (selected Trello board, list, sheet references)
- Workflow execution logs and status
- Card creation history and results
5. Access Tokens
- Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for API access
- Tokens are stored securely and automatically refreshed when needed
- Tokens are used only to access your Google Sheets and Drive (read-only)
