• We do not permanently store the content of your Google Sheets
• We only store the Google Sheet ID reference in your workflow configuration so you can re-run workflows on the same sheet

3. Trello API Credentials

• Your Trello API Key and Token are stored securely in our database
• All Trello credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage
• These credentials are used only to create Trello cards on your behalf

4. Workflow Configuration Data

• Workflow settings (selected Trello board, list, sheet references)
• Workflow execution logs and status
• Card creation history and results

5. Access Tokens

• Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for API access
• Tokens are stored securely and automatically refreshed when needed
• Tokens are used only to access your Google Sheets and Drive (read-only)
